Warranty is valid only under proper care and usage and does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, or third-party interference.
For warranty claims, please provide proof of purchase and contact our team for inspection and verification.
4. Payment Terms
Payment must be made in full upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.
We accept cash, bank transfer, or other approved payment methods.
All prices listed are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and include applicable service charges or taxes, unless stated otherwise.
5. Customer Responsibility
Before service, customers must:

- Remove personal items or valuables from the vehicle.

Mandiri Enterprise will not be held responsible for damage or loss due to undeclared conditions or items left in the vehicle.

While we take every precaution to ensure quality and care, Mandiri Enterprise is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services.
Our liability is limited to the cost of the service performed.
